What shipping methods are available?

We currently offer flat rate shipping through the USPS. All orders will be charged a flat rate of $5 for USPS Standard First Class (5-7 days) & $10 for USPS Priority Class (2-3 days).

Free shipping is available on orders of $50 or more.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only offer shipping to the United States, US Minor Outlying Islands & the Virgin Islands.

How long will it take to get my order?

Depending on the shipping method you choose. USPS Standard class shipping will take between 5-7 days to arrive. USPS Priority Shipping will take between 2-3 days to arrive.

Some items are created to order and can take longer to ship. Items are marked accordingly.

The majority of orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed, excluding weekends.

What payment methods do you accept?

For your convenience we accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express through are credit card processing network Stripe. We also accept payments through PayPal.

Is buying through your site safe & secure?

Ordering through our website is safe and secure. We DO NOT store any of your credit card details in our database. All credit card processing is done through our credit card processing network Stripe. You can read their Privacy Policy for more information on how they keep your information secure.

We also offer PayPal as a payment method, for more information you can read their Privacy Policy.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order with us is fast and easy. Just visit our Shop, find the product you’d like to purchase, add it to your cart, checkout, choose your payment method, checkout and we will get your order shipped within 24 hours (for in stock items)!

Can I cancel or change my order?

To make changes to an order or to cancel an order, login into your account and click the orders link. From there you will see a list of current and past orders.

Note: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. You would need to return the order for a refund. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for more details.

Do I need an acount to place an order?
 

Yes. However, an account will be created for you during the ordering process. Having an account will make shopping on our site more streamlined when ordering in the future.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order in to ways. First is by logging into your account, clicking the orders link and viewing the details from there. Another way to track your order is with our Order Tracker, you will need your Order ID and your billing email address to retrieve the order details.

What is your return policy?
